Day Of Your Reservation:
Please arrive on time for your reservation and check in at our front desk. As a courtesy to others, if you do arrive outside of your reservation time, we may not be able to guarantee your time slot and may need to reschedule your reservation.
Cancelation And Missed Reservations:
We understand that life happens and is often unpredictable. As a courtesy to you, we will confirm your reservation 48 hours prior via text message. We offer a no-fee cancelation or move of your reservation if it is outside of 48 hours. If your reservation is within 48 hours, your credit card will be charged a 50% service fee. If you miss a reservation, a 50% service fee will be charged to your account. Either fee will need to be paid before future reservations can be booked.
